The Big Diabetes Lie

Hi, I would like to start this off by Introducing myself. My name is James and I am a person who previously suffered from Diabetes Type 2. If you are reading this, then you more than likely have the same issue that I had over a year ago. Like most diabetics, I was out of shape, dieting poorly, and prescribed to many medications including Metformin, Glipizide, etc… You know the typical multiple doctor visits every year and the constant blood glucose check with finger sticks (painful and annoying). However, I am sharing my story because I found a way out of that lifestyle and completely got rid of my Type 2 diabetes.

I know the idea of getting rid of diabetes sounds unreal because your doctor told you that you need to take prescription medication as the primary method of managing your blood glucose levels. Well come to find out doctors and pharmaceutical companies make more money when you are prescribed long term medications. Therefore, they are not trying to cure you at all, but simply manage symptoms. Once I realized this I decided to embark on my own journey and read a couple of books about how diabetes works. That is when I realized the vast amount of natural ways I could reverse or prevent Type 2 diabetes in the first place.

A book I recommend reading is called 7 Steps To Health. This book is lengthy, but it benefited me in so many ways. I was able to learn which superfoods were well known to reduce blood glucose within the body. I was able to lose weight without having to go on a fad diet. I was able to reduce and further prevent all of the other issues that diabetes brings such as poor vision, neuropathy, and fatigue. I will be honest and say that there is no cure all program or procedure but there are definitely more natural ways to cure diabetes which include no medications.

Keep in mind that not everyone will have the same results, but there should definitely be an improvement in your health when you finally decide to take action. By following the methods I learned, I was able to get off all my oral medications for diabetes. I even got my blood pressure back into normal ranges which was a great bonus to me.
